- Will my awarding organisation accept this as evidence?
- Simulation is an accepted assessment method where workplace evidence is impractical or high-risk, which is the usual position for incident command. Each evidence pack records the simulation conditions so the assessor can judge whether they meet the awarding organisation's rules. The named assessor reviews the evidence and signs it off, and the internal quality assurer can sample runs in the same way as any other portfolio. Maitris does not certify competence and is not endorsed by any awarding organisation.
- Where does the AI stop?
- The AI generates the scenario, plays the roles around your commander and compiles the evidence against each criterion. It does not decide whether someone is competent. A named assessor reviews the evidence, adds their judgement and signs off. If the assessor disagrees with anything the AI recorded, the assessor's view stands.

- Yes. Site emergency plans, standing orders and local procedures can be layered onto a framework roleplay, so the scenario reflects your site and the report still maps to the framework's criteria. Your document is interpreted into observable criteria, each traced to the section it came from.
